Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers Local 1 Nova Scotia

Established in 1888, BAC Local 1 Nova Scotia is an affiliate of the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers with approximately 235 active members across Mainland Nova Scotia and Cape Breton. As a union, we have worked very hard over the years to increase our membership by offering competitive wages, an attractive pension plan, a group RRSP, as well as a good health and welfare plan. We are dedicated to thoroughly training our apprentices - the future of our local, and making proper safety training the number one priority for all our members. By working together as a membership, we hope to build a strong future for our union and our members. Successful support of apprentices is a key priority as we look forward.
